Recoleta at your feet

Discover the soul of Buenos Aires

If you’re looking for an authentic way to explore Buenos Aires, our Recoleta walking experience is the perfect choice. Far from the typical tourist routes, we invite you to discover one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods — step by step, story by story.

Why Walk Through Recoleta?

Recoleta is where Buenos Aires reveals its European charm and cultural richness. Known for its stunning architecture, leafy plazas, historic sites, and vibrant local life, Recoleta blends history, art, and everyday traditions in every corner.

From the famous Recoleta Cemetery to secret cafés and vibrant markets, walking through this neighborhood feels like turning the pages of an open-air history book.

What You’ll Experience

We meet in a central spot in Recoleta and begin our journey:

  • 🪦 Recoleta Cemetery (1h 15 min): Wander through intricate passageways and discover the fascinating stories behind national heroes, artists, and hidden legends.
  • 🧉 Mate Break (15 min): Share a mate in a sunny plaza, just like locals do — a moment to connect, relax, and feel the true rhythm of the city.
  • 🌉 Floralis Genérica Walk (30 min): Cross the iconic Libertador bridge, snap stunning photos, and pass through Plaza Francia and the grand University of Law.
  • 🖼️ National Museum of Fine Arts (1h): End your journey with a visit to one of Latin America’s most important art museums, guided by our local passion for history and art.

Why Join Us?

We’re two explorers who fell in love with Buenos Aires and decided to share its magic. One of us is deeply passionate about the city’s history, and the other, a licensed art historian, brings an insider’s view to Recoleta’s cultural treasures.

We don’t just show you the famous landmarks — we invite you to feel Recoleta from the inside: walking, sharing stories, sipping mate, and truly living Buenos Aires.

Gimena and Ilem were great hosts! What I loved most is their storytelling. They walked me through the Recoleta Cemetery and told me so many stories about different artists, politicians and so much more! I loved every story. They also took me to the mall, museum and to even to buy some great chocolate! I would highly recommend this tour if you want to visit some of the best places in Recoleta!
